Charles (Chuck) Steinman, partner since 2019, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pensacola Christian College and is a licensed CPA in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and Indiana. With nearly two decades of experience, Chuck helps small business owners and individuals navigate complex tax, accounting, and financial challenges.
Chuck also holds the designation of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) —the only nationally accredited credential specifically for construction financial professionals, reflecting his commitment to serving the unique needs of construction clients. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA), and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Beyond his work at the firm, Chuck is an active member of Freedom Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA and actively participates in the local Trail Life Troop VA-4031 with his son. He also previously served 5 years as Treasurer, Finance Committee Chairman, and Board Member for Eggleston Services, a local non-profit supporting individuals with disabilities.
Since joining the firm in 2006, Chuck has dedicated his career to serving small business owners with a special focus on the construction industry—helping general contractors, subcontractors, and other family-owned businesses navigate the complexities of annual audits, financial reporting, tax planning, bonding needs, business succession, trust and estate compliance, and other IRS and state tax matters with a focus on providing honest, practical advice that empowers clients to achieve their goals.

Hunter Webb is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia with over 25 years of experience in public accounting. A graduate of Virginia Tech and partner of the firm since 2014, Hunter’s focus is delivering accounting, tax, and advisory solutions to general contractors, subcontractors, and construction-related businesses along with other small business consulting.
Hunter holds the designation of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP)—the only nationally accredited credential specifically for construction financial professionals—demonstrating his deep expertise and commitment to best practices in construction finance. For more than a decade, Hunter has served on the Board of Directors of the Tidewater Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia and a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
Since 2000, Hunter has guided clients through the complexities of financial reporting, tax planning, operational decision-making, business succession, entity structuring, bonding compliance, and IRS and state tax matters with the goal to find a practical approach to helping contractors and other businesses build financially sound businesses with a strong foundation for long-term success.
